Customer service
As part of the development of our human capital, we are recruiting Customer Services teleconsultants.
As part of an activity management team and under the guidance of your manager, you will be responsible for creating commercial value, supporting IT technology and managing the administrative sales and after-sales service chain for international customers.
Your role will involve :
- Studying, analysing and integrating work orders (WO) into our customer’s information system.
- Managing customer requests (providing information, making appointments and handling complaints), building customer loyalty by increasing satisfaction levels and creating new opportunities.
- Analysing technicians’ reports and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
- Comply with the requirements of the good practice charter for his/her activity and the company’s ethics charter.
- Apply the CSR charter and the company’s various policies and values
Profile sought
- A perfect command of the French language.
- Proven experience (at least one year) in customer service.
- Experience in customer loyalty and/or additional sales would be an asset
- A motivated, dynamic and positive nature
Training and skills
- Bachelor’s degree and above desirable
- 1 year experience in a similar position desirable
Working conditions
- Remuneration: 800 DT net/month for a 40-hour working week.
- Attendance bonus: 100 DT
- Objective bonus: Uncapped and competitive
- Luncheon vouchers: 6 DT / Day.
- Insured transport : Yes.
