B2C Sales Adviser
In order to further strengthen our team, Advancia Téléservices is recruiting B2C Remote Sales Advisors.
In collaboration with your line manager, you will be responsible for carrying out all the sales actions required to increase turnover.
You will be responsible for identifying potential customer/prospect needs in order to develop/adapt the sales offering.
To this end, you will :
- Identifying potential customers
- Develop commercial offers
- Achieving the qualitative and quantitative targets set by your line manager
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- A professional attitude, good people skills and fluency in French.
- All the listening skills you need to go beyond one-off orders and consolidate and expand the company’s customer base.
- At least 2 years’ university education.
- Proven experience in telesales would be a real plus.
- Salary: 790 DT NET/MONTH (scheme 35) / 900 DT NET (scheme 40) Uncapped bonuses based on objectives.
- Bonus: 80 DT NET / 100 DT NET.
- Luncheon vouchers : 22 (6DT/D).
