Expert help desk
In order to strengthen our IT services teams providing outsourcing services to the French market, we are recruiting Level 1 help-desk technicians with experience in Service Centres serving an international clientele.
Working as part of a team… and under the guidance of your manager, you will assist, support and, where necessary, take over the remote management of technical incidents occurring on..
- The user’s workstation: Microsoft Windows X (>8), Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft
- Outlook, etc… and assist users in configuring a device and/or synchronising email with the Smartphone.
- The server: resolving first-level incidents and configuring the addition of a user and the associated rights.
- The antivirus security system.
- Applying the CSR charter and the company’s various policies and values.
Profile sought
- At least two years’ experience in an IT Service Centre environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French
- Good spoken English
- A sense of rigour and curiosity
Training and skills
- Computer training (Bac 1/2/3) or computer geek
- Certifications in the field would be a plus (Microsoft 365; Windows 1X; etc.)
Working conditions
- Salary: 1350DT Net/Month.
- Bonus: half-yearly 0.5 to 1.25 salary depending on quality and productivity.
- Luncheon vouchers: 132 DT / month.
