B2C Telecom Sales Advisor
We are recruiting B2C telecoms sales advisers to strengthen our sales teams for fixed/mobile/internet telephony solutions for private individuals and self-employed entrepreneurs.
Working as part of a BtoC sales team and under the guidance of your manager, you will advise on, propose and sell fixed/mobile telephony and Internet solutions. Mobile solutions play a key role in developing sales to private customers.
Your role will involve :
- Identifying potential customers, building and maintaining your prospect/customer base.
- Advising, proposing and selling mainly mobile telephony and fibre solutions.
- Achieving the required qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- A professional attitude, good people skills and fluency in French.
- Knowledge of telephony/fixed/mobile telephony and the Internet would be a plus.
- All the listening skills that will enable you to consolidate and expand the company’s customer base, over and above a one-off order.
- Personal organisation to manage a customer portfolio.
- University degree (minimum of Bac 1/2/3/4).
- Proven experience in telesales is required in order to quickly master the requirements of the job.
- Salary: 1000DT Net/Month.
- Bonus: 100DT / Month.
- Luncheon vouchers : 132 TD / month.
