B2B Telecom Sales Advisor
We are recruiting B2B telecoms sales advisers to strengthen our sales teams for fixed-line, mobile and Internet solutions for very small businesses and self-employed entrepreneurs.
As part of a BtoB sales team and under the guidance of your manager, you will advise on, propose and sell fixed/mobile telephony and Internet solutions. Mobile solutions are predominant in the development of sales to very small businesses (VSEs).
Your role will be to :
- Identifying potential customers, building and maintaining your prospect/customer base.
- Advising, proposing and selling telephony solutions, mainly mobile and fibre.
- Achieving the required qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- A professional attitude, good people skills and fluency in French.
- Knowledge of telephony/fixed/mobile telephony and the Internet would be a plus.
- All the listening skills that will enable you to consolidate and increase the company’s customer base, over and above a one-off order.
- Personal organisation to manage a customer portfolio.
- University degree (minimum of Bac 1/2/3/4).
- Proven experience in telesales is required in order to quickly master the requirements of the job.
- Salary: 1,500 DT net/month.
- Luncheon vouchers : 132 DT / month.
