Job description
We are recruiting Account Managers (German, Spanish, Danish, Dutch, English, Literary Arabic) for our client, a world leader in IT and management training
Duties:
- Identify training projects within our partner’s customer portfolio
- Propose new training offers
- Present our partner’s activities
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Profile required
- Excellent command of one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Danish, Dutch, English, Literary Arabic
- Good argumentation skills, tenacity, dynamism.
- Experience in a contact centre is desirable
Education and skills
- Baccalaureate 1/2/3
